It is recommended to shampoo twice a week. Start by pouring a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand, then apply it to your head, gently massaging your scalp. Leave the shampoo on for about 3 minutes before rinsing, then proceed with the second shampoo to deeply purify. When rinsing, let the product flow through the lengths to treat them as well.
